Purchase

All Sales Are Final: Except as provided below, all purchases of gaming accounts are final and non-refundable.

Warranty

At Nexhibits, we provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers:

  • 100 days warranty for hacked or stolen accounts.
  • 14 days warranty for incomplete delivery or if the account sold is not as described.

Refund

We aim to address any issues promptly and fairly. A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Incomplete delivery.
  • Account not as described.
  • Account hacked or stolen by the original owner.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed if:

  • The product exceeds the warranty duration of 14 days for incomplete delivery and accounts not as described.
  • The product exceeds the warranty duration of 100 days for hacked or stolen accounts.

Exchange

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Exchange of an account is permitted only if there is a defect on the account, such as it not being as described or incomplete. In such cases, the buyer may request an exchange with another available product of the same price or higher, provided the customer is willing to cover any price differences.

For exchanges due to personal reasons, an agreement must be reached between the buyer and the seller.
