1. Acceptance of terms

4. User Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgment

By using this Site to purchase gaming accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Research Responsibility: You are responsible for conducting your own research regarding the purchase and trading of gaming accounts. This includes understanding the terms of use, rules, and regulations set forth by the game developers or publishers related to account trading and ownership.

• Risk Acknowledgment: You understand that trading gaming accounts carries certain risks, including but not limited to:

  • The possibility of accounts being banned or suspended by game developers due to violations of their policies.
  • The risk of hacking, theft, or fraud associated with account trading.
  • The potential for disputes over account ownership or authenticity.

• No Liability: Nexhibits shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences resulting from your decision to purchase or trade gaming accounts. You acknowledge that you engage in such transactions at your own risk.

• Informed Decisions: It is your responsibility to read and understand all information provided on the Site, including but not limited to the product descriptions, refund policy, and any other terms that may apply. By proceeding with a purchase, you affirm that you are making an informed decision.

5. Purchase and Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Except as provided below, all purchases of gaming accounts are final and non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: A refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase if the account found to be incomplete or inaccurate or 100 days of purchase if the account is reported as hacked or stolen by the original owner. To qualify for a refund, you must provide sufficient proof that the account has been hacked or stolen.
  • Failure to Provide Proof: If you fail to provide the required proof of hacking or theft, you will not be eligible for a refund. All requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
